Roles and Responsibilities:

To be responsible for manufacturing activities in order to achieve production OTIF targets for the site

To ensure that products are produced, stored and despatched in line with appropriate documentation criteria

To approve the instructions relating to production operations (SOPs, Batch processing and packaging records) and ensure their strict implementation

To ensure that production records are ****uated and signed by authorized person before they are sent to Quality Assurance department.

To ****uate proposed changes in product, process or equipment and ensure that appropriate validations are done.

To guide in the investigation of Batch failures, Market complaints and Product recalls.

To ensure that the production operations are carried out as per cGMP regulations.

To ensure that required initial and continuing training of the department personnel are carried out

To maintain healthy OEE by maintaining and improving equipment/machine utilization

To ensure that calibrations and preventive maintenance are done at regular intervals

To coordinate with PPIC regarding compliance of production schedule

To collaborate with QA, QC and stores for implementation of planned production schedule.

To monitor the activities related to raw material, packing material and finished goods stores.

To participate in vendor qualification process and also in vendor audits, wherever necessary.

To ensure that plant hygiene including cleaning and sanitation are performed and maintained.

To ensure the implementation of Safety, Health and Environment policy requirements in the plant.

To coordinate with Procurement team for on line material procurement and inventory Management

2、確保產品的生產、儲存和發貨符合適當的文件標準
3、批準生產操作規程（SOP、批處理和包裝記錄）并確保其嚴格執行
4、確保生產記錄在送交品質保證部之前，由授權人員進行評估和簽署。
5、評估產品、工藝或設備的變更，并確保進行適當的驗證。
6、指導批次故障、市場投訴和產品召回的調查工作。
7、確保生產作業按cGMP規定進行。
8、確保對部門人員進行必要的初始和持續培訓
9、通過維護和提高設備/機器的利用率來維持優良設備綜合效率
10、確保定期進行校準和預防性維護
11、結合周工作要求，協調生產計劃的合規性
12、與QA，QC和倉庫合作，執行計劃的生產計劃。
13、監督原材料、包裝材料和成品倉庫的相關活動。
14、參與供應商資格認證過程，并在必要時參與供應商審核。
15、確保工廠衛生，包括清潔和衛生。
16、確保工廠安全、健康和環境政策要求的執行。
17、配合采購團隊進行在線物料采購和庫存管理
18、支持人力資源計劃，以提高生產力和人才參與度
